Weight Loss Coach SECRETS: 3 Tactics to Share with Clients Fat cannot survive these three weight loss tactics. As a weight loss coach, you can share these tactics with your clients, and pretty much GUARANTEE results. Number one, INTERMITTENT FASTING. Have your client fast TWO non consecutive days per week, eating NO MORE than 800 calories for each of those two days. Two, RAW VEGAN food. Fruits, vegetables, anything that's raw. Your client can EAT AS MUCH AS THEY WANT, and the fat will melt away. Third, LOW CALORIC DENSITY foods. There's plenty of raw and cooked foods that are so low in calories, that your client can eat as much as they want, and the MORE they eat, the more weight they will LOSE. Because they simply cannot eat enough of those foods in order to sustain their current weight. They HAVE to lose weight. Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, Zucchini, even white Potatoes are very low in caloric density. Most raw fruits and vegetables fall into this category. And if your client wants to lose weight even faster, have them implement several tactics at once, and they will have a MULTIPLYING effect. You can eat protein & fruit (and veggies)… I’ll tell clients that often👇 Before I explain, let’s state a fact that you can gain weight eating too much of anything… that includes healthy food. Having said that… the likelihood of consuming too much lean protein, fruit and veggies are very very low. Simple veggie forward meal that is on the table in less than 30 minutes! This is what REAL FOOD looks like...even the slice of toast on Jose's plate! It is a piece of sourdough bread with 4 ingredients from a local bakery, not the franken-breads that are sold in supermarkets. You know the ones...the loaves that can sit on the shelves for weeks and weeks on end and won't get hard or go bad! Real bread with real food ingredients (bread that does not contain gums and conditioners and preservatives and a whole bunch of 💩 that is not meant for human consumption) DOESN'T last for weeks and weeks. It can be easy to want a big, quick fix solution. The reality is its the little things we do every day that add up. When it comes to eating out, I'll be the first to admit I don't always pick the healthiest thing on the menu. When I don't, I've started doing something to offset the less than ideal choices. Eat some veggies first. No overthinking. No hard and fast rules about what it means. Just eat some veggies first. Maybe it's a salad, or whatever the veggie side is. Eat it first and get them in there. That leaves less room for the burger or whatever else it might be that isn't the ideal choice. Got an eating out tip of your own? Share it!
