I’ve always understood that ‘Scrum’ is a framework for collaboration between team members—and that the ‘Scrum’ framework can be used in any industry. I worked for many years for a landscaping company with squads of 3-6 people who without knowing were practical doing scrum. Scrum is very adaptable and gives a great bases for planning and collaboration for small teams.
