What's the most obvious thing that SaaS companies fail to implement in their hiring processes? Creating an 'Ask Me Anything' round where candidates can explore all they need to know about the role with other members of the team. Give candidates the platform and trust to make informed decisions. The result? -> Better Employer Brand -> More engaged candidates -> More buy in from existing team Hiring is a 2 way street. Processes should reflect that!

Helping businesses keep their clients longer, save millions of dollars in churn, and scale a world class service without sacrificing client results | 1,000+ clients served.
In business, time-to-value essentially means how fast it takes your clients, or customers to derive value from your product or service. Everyone inherently knows this. Delivering a quick win is one of the buzzwords around the internet marketing space. But the mistake people make is thinking value = a financial, or huge win. Value is entirely subjective. One of the core elements of a good onboarding process is asking clients what they value, and what they would consider a quick win so that you can deliver it to them. More often than not, you'll find out that things like clarity, or confidence are huge wins that people value. Clarity is one of the most common. Most people are reasonable. They know results take time. But delivering clarity ➜ I.E they feel clear on exactly where they want to go and how to get there, is one of the things most people consider a very big win. That confidences translates to the rest of the engagement working with you. Now, of course clarity is only one way to deliver quick time-to-value. But don't always think it has to be some massive win. And when in doubt, interview current clients. Past clients. Find out what they value, what they look for in a quick win. As with anything, your best source of intel is people who've given you money. Hope this helped.
