In my role, I strongly believe that a great culture is defined by how employees create, collaborate, and innovate to solve problems and drive business outcomes. But, sometimes that doesn't cover it completely. 😃 We work hard, we play hard. Rest and relaxation are equally vital components in this equation, enabling our teams to bring their best and most whole selves to work. 💯 It's not always easy to prioritize health and well-being. ❗ Yet, as part of that commitment, we offer extended time off during the Summer, allowing our teams to spend quality time with their families and friends and to recharge. 🔋 Starting this Friday, we kick off the first of three 4-day weekends between Memorial Day and Labor Day. As Siobhán (shiv-awn) McHale wisely says in her book, "If you take care of the culture, results will take care of themselves." 📘 Culture is not defined entirely AT work as before.
