Hello, SentinelOne offers many security benefits, I'd like to bring to your attention some areas where it could be greatly improved. False Positive Reports: (these reports will be tagged as false positives in a couple of days) Linux: SentinelOne seems to trigger a significant number of false positive reports, and the emails are sent to your superiors, particularly when installing new programs. This can lead to unnecessary alerts and delays in productivity. For example, programs installed through Snap, a secure sandboxed application manager, are often flagged as malware. Windows: Similar to Linux, SentinelOne generates a high number of false positives on Windows machines, impacting system performance. The slowdown on Windows PCs appears to be more significant, exceeding 50% and sometimes without reason your laptop will freeze for 5-10minutes and the cause is SentinelOne. Would Apple & Meta releasing open-source edge enabled small AI models throws a wrench in SentinelOne's tech stack dominance. Will these new forces erode SentinelOne's competitive advantage in the E/XDR market space in FY25/26? Is SentinelOne prepared to defend its lead, or is the E/XDR landscape on the verge of a major shift?
