General Counsel Karla Gilbride was appointed in 2023 to serve as the General Counsel of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). In November 2023, I reached out to General Counsel Gilbride to ask for justice. Specifically, my concern was the use of #EEOC #offices in #NewYorkCity after I experienced abuse at Steven Winter Associates in 2018. On November 4th, 2023, General Counsel Gilbride allowed me to provide documentations. See, General Counsel, my case demonstrates Steven Winter Associates had backdoor access to EEOC. Because the United States does have a form of central planning driven by an industrial complex (ie.: The Inflation Act), and therefore, certain firms and individuals like Steven Winter Associates and Bright Power, Inc. are given certain immunity. Further, I contacted multiple law firms in 2018 in New York City. They dropped my case because a senior partner had informed the associate - as a result, I had no access to legal aid or the courts. I do not have a law degree, General Counsel Gilbride. Though, I believe - even if I am Canadian, the State of New York violated my 14th Amendment rights. Also, I found the infographic from a Royal Canadian Mounted Police | Gendarmerie royale du Canada investigations showing money laundered across Canada since 2019. It got me thinking - since there is an urgency to address election interference. If Steven Winter Associates and the The Passive House Network have a backdoor access to institutions like the EEOC - I mean, NYSERDA intervened directly in fabricating documentation against me. Also, if the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is investigating KSK Construction Group for alleged involvement of the Turkish government’s illegal contribution to NYC’s mayor’s campaign. If KSK is a sponsor and linked to PH, does this not mean the Turkish government, through a degree of separation, has access to not only the EEOC but also NYSERDA? I mean NYSERDA was used target me - and I am trying to develop an AI-driven communication protocol for our power grid. These backdoor channels pretty much make the United States' democracy vulnerable. Canada too. It means nearly every single one our institutions are separated by a degree or two - giving access to potential foreign governments, terrorist organizations, or other criminal entities. It also makes our intelligence officer’s work extra difficult and more dangerous. Sure - the United States' economic mechanism is driven by creating a large industrial complex. But by providing certain individuals and corporations access to these channels - we also expose the democracy of the United States of America to all those who hate her and her freedom. All you need is someone who understands personality ego development, and how society responds to certain stimuli, and you can use a mouse to take down an entire elephant.
