Be prepared for changes Due to highly competitive applicants, companies might resort to some changes in the application round. It is necessary to be prepared for all types (GD, written, additional interviews). 2. Another way is always open My senior cracked The D. E. Shaw Group off-campus after failing the cut in on-campus drive. It's difficult but possible to look for additional hiring channels. 3. No last minute panicking Asking the immediately predecessing applicants about GD topics, interview questions had been my natural instict but doing this only made me more anxious.
