Re-posting a brilliant podcast that I listened to last week with Sarah Lucas and Rebecca Egerton, focused on new ways of working. It showcases a very recent example of trust in collaboration and the lessons learned with a major technology programme.    My key takeaways: - Trust must be at the center of any project regardless if you are the client, partner or employee  - The importance of diversity of thought and the vital it plays to improve how a project team tackle problems  - A partnership mindset is critical. When a problem arises, rally around it as a team.
