In the vast expanse of the galaxy, where starlight weaves tales of countless worlds, a lone player embarks on an odyssey that takes them to the heart of darkness - a hidden pirate enclave. Little do they know, this treacherous journey will force them to confront ethical dilemmas that challenge the very core of their being. Quest Introduction The player, a skilled and resourceful adventurer, stumbles upon an encrypted message that hints at the location of a pirate stronghold rumored to hold immense riches. Driven by the thrill of adventure and the promise of reward, they follow the cryptic trail through star systems and uncharted territories, finally arriving at an asteroid cluster where the hidden hideout is said to be located. Plot Development Discovery and Surprise As the player approaches the asteroid cluster, they witness the awe-inspiring sight of a concealed pirate base nestled within the shadows. However, their excitement is short-lived as they are quickly detected by the pirates' surveillance systems. The pirates, led by the cunning Captain Varian, launch a surprise attack, overwhelming the player's ship and rendering it inoperable. The Imprisonment The player awakens in a dimly lit cell within the pirate stronghold... End of Part 1... DISCLAIMER No known quest exists within Starfield. Having just taught a class on Performance x MOCAP, I talked about the changing nature of performance in film, TV, music videos and games. I think these are excellent examples (ABBA and KISS) of jumping into the future, into the Metaverse eventually, and opening new doors to reach fans. Use of avatars and motion capture of performance can be applied in real-time content (animation), live performances that are hybrid (in person and metaverse and even holographic) and metaverse completely where fans may be able to interact with your brand via ‘storyliving’ VR/AR experiences. All to say, your artistic persona can live forever on a whole other level and you can curate what that will entail. #mocap #liveperformance #musicians
