No more Slacking! Every interaction with carriers matter. Especially with the carrier who do a great job for you. Next time a carrier does a great job (Accepts tracking, provides updates, answers the phone and picks up and delivers on time). Ask these questions: - Did you like working with me? (its just as important that you do a good job) - How many trucks do you have and what type of equipment? - Where is home base? - What lanes do you like to run? If you're not building relationships, and solely depending on load boards, you don't offer much more value than anyone else. These partnerships matter more than ever before. Be better.

Seven weeks into the crisis in the Red Sea, the situation remains critical and extremely dynamic.
