My biggest thank you goes to Gary. He gave a random Turkish college kid a chance when he did not have to. That chance changed my life. Vayner changed my life. Thank you, GV for giving me a chance and believing in me. For all the leaders who have the power to change lives: Give the inexperienced candidates a chance. Give the inexperienced candidates with work ethic a chance. Give the inexperienced candidates with the right attitude a chance. Give the inexperienced candidates with a coachable mindset a chance. Give the inexperienced candidates who are hungry to succeed a chance. I'll end with this. Four years ago, before we went on a hiring spree. I asked Gary for advice during a 1:1 meeting: Me: "I've never interviewed or hired anyone before. What's your advice?" Gary: "Hiring is 90% guessing. But if you guess right. Great things happen. Trust your intuition. That's how I hired you." I got a chance, worked incredibly hard, and delivered on all the opportunities that I got. I hope you give someone or someone gives you a chance too.
