Unfortunately, I had bad experience with omnicloudsilutions.com . Earlier today, I made a purchase for a TOMPD-63LW (Multifunction Protector Breaker), under Order Number: 24785, opting for cash on delivery (COD). The order was placed early in the morning and confirmed via a phone call at 12:30 PM, leading me to anticipate a prompt delivery the following day. But, At 3pm I got the message that you have to pay advance payment of 50% because sales dept is not allowed to send orders on COD if >5000 rupees. I find it astonishing that OMni Smart Home Automation could display such unprofessionalism by failing to honor their commitments. Neither during the order placement nor during the confirmation call was there any mention of this requirement. To demand a 50% advance payment after such a significant delay is unacceptable. If a company cannot extend trust to its customers, how can it expect to earn their trust in return? I sincerely hope for a display of professionalism.
