During the 20th Reverse Logistics Association conference, the Director of SMS Infocomm's Business Division, Brian Hickert had the opportunity to discuss with IDX TV the significant role that SMS Infocomm plays in the reverse logistics industry, as well as the distinguishing factors that set SMS apart from its competitors.
