I’ve completed my third and final Service Leadership Inc., a ConnectWise solution certification, this time it’s the SLIQ Operational Maturity Level System. SLIQ is a tool that businesses can use to assess where they stand in operational maturity compared to best practices with traits, insights, and actions to follow to increase profit and scalability. The assessment is performed across 5 functional areas - financial, service, strategy, compensation, and sales. Building capability and alignment across these functional areas is crucial to the success of your business, understanding where you are now can help direct you on where you need to improve.
