For the past 5 years, April 1st has meant more to us than silly pranks and jokes—it's the day we were founded! Our journey has been both challenging and rewarding. We've navigated a global pandemic, received awards for our vibrant company culture, and even earned spots on well-known lists like Adweek's Fastest Growing Agencies and, most recently, Inc. 5000. So you did a challenge launch...but it flopped 🫣 I need to tell you something! This DOESN’T mean that your membership is pants! It just means you didn’t have the right strategies in place. And trust me, I get it. I’ve worked on many super successful launches and I’ve also had a few that did not go the way that I had expected. But the great thing is, I have learnt from all of these experiences and it is what I share with my members of The Membership Membership and for the action takers, it’s what I guide step by step my 1:1 clients through. Two common mistakes I see people make when they launch are: 1️⃣ They haven’t warmed their audience up enough before their launch. 2️⃣ They haven’t got a big enough audience. For example, if you launched a couple of months ago but haven’t taken the steps to grow your audience between then and now then you’re probably launching to the same people so you need to take the time to grow your audience.
