COO & Team Ops Consultant | Business Psych | Enabling business owners to grow their business, build a dream team, boost productivity & increase profits, all without stress, overwhelm and frustration
As you start to bring new hires into your business, you'll quickly begin to realise that it's A LOT 🤯 It takes a lot of time and effort not only to build a structured induction that sets someone up for success in their role, starts to embed them into the culture and impresses & engages them in the process; but also doing so in a way that doesn't hinder the productivity of the rest of the team or means that every time someone starts you have to start from scratch and pull something together. If you've hired recently, chances are you know exactly what I'm talking about. And if you're ready for a change...check out this post...👀 #Consultancy #induction #newhire #onboarding #structure #entrepreneur #time #peopleoperations

If you've hired recently, chances are you know exactly what I'm talking about. You and I both know that sitting down and creating, mapping out & nailing down your induction probably isn't the top of your to-do list... ...but we also know that this is one of those long-term gain tasks that truly impacts your business for the better as it... ⭐️ sets expectations for your new hires ⭐️ ensures consistency in the way you onboard & the experience each new hire has ⭐️ improves retention ⭐️ provides early integration within the business ⭐️ increases new hire success in their role So how do you do it? Well here are the basics... ⭐️ Set your objectives for what you want your new hire to do and by when - setting milestones really helps break down the learning into bitesized chunks ⭐️ Map out a weekly schedule of activities relevant to what they need to know that week - include time with Directors, Managers, other teams, a buddy and HR/L&D if you have them ⭐️ Include trainings around the business, mission, values, compliance and what they need to know to perform in their role ⭐️ Add weekly 1:1s so you can check in with the new hire and discuss any concerns & celebrate the small (and big) wins ⭐️ Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the program and make tweaks to ensure it's leading to impact on the success metrics of the role So there you have it. If you're sat there knowing you need this structure in your business so you're not stressed every time you have a new hire...schedule time to get this nailed THIS WEEK! 📆 And if you need any help with this...drop us a message 🙌 #Consultancy #induction #newhire #onboarding #structure #entrepreneur #time #peopleoperations

I spoke with a Founder yesterday who was focused on what skills he needed for the here and now due to pressures being faced from customer demand. Yes that demand needs to filled but also remember that talent acquisition is a marathon, not a sprint when scaling a company. You can't just look at each hire as it comes along. Amongst the required skills for each role, focus on passion, culture, flexibility, diverse skillsets, learning & development and a seamless onboarding experience. It will help you to build a dream team that scales with your company's ambitions. #foundersjourney #startuplife #scalingsuccess

What happened at Lucky Hunter in 2023? 🤨 ▪️We have turned 6 years old, that's wow! For the past 6 years, we have been helping clients to get in touch with IT talents from all over the world; ▪️Became the winners of awards — Clutch and The Manifest, British Recruitment Awards 2023, our CEO Tatiana Melnichuk was in a shortlist of Agency Recruitment Leader of the Year. We have been striving for this for a long time, so we are very proud of these achievements; ▪️In the spring, our recruiters Daria Lysova and Maria Reiimbaeva spoke at the conference from the team Podbor.io. We not only help companies with hiring, but also share our own expertise; ▪️Organized an offline event in London “Let's get tech-gether” where more than 50 IT professionals gathered. We liked it, we will do more; ▪️Many interesting clients have come to us — both large international companies and startups. Among our clients, Flipperzero, Playground, Mercuryo and many others have appeared; ▪️We celebrated the 5-year anniversaries of four wonderful employees — Maria Reiimbaeva, Valeriya Soboleva, Daria Lysova and Polina Barabanova and launched interviews with our team members; ▪️By the way, we also took advice from a SMM-expert Roma Bordunov , to become even more interesting for you; ▪️Ah! And we have finalised our new website! But we're sure you've noticed. In general, we have seen how much we have grown this year, so we are determined not to stop there. Therefore, here is the article where you can read the full version of our year results and plans for the future 👉🏼 https://lnkd.in/euhDw3VB #lucky_blog #luckyhunter #itrecruitment #it #itrecruiting #recruiting #business #startups #hr #humanresources #hiring #tech #technology #newyear

Happy New Year! I've really enjoyed catching up on LinkedIn and reading positive vibes re: how people believe (& hope) the market will shape up in 2024. We've all been through a lot and each day I'm inspired by the resiliency across the recruiting/talent acquisition profession. We ride the highs, we weather through the lows, and at the end of the day, we're still here making an impact. Recruiting is hard work and to do it well, it takes an incredible amount of focus, discipline, emotional energy, and dare I say ... craziness?! 😜 As we launch into 2024, rebuilding recruiting culture (internally + with your external partners) is paramount if you want to be a successful company. Without it, how can you be confident that the people representing your brand on the front lines, day-to-day, are the best ambassadors of your company? Think about it. 🤔 At Hunt Club, we've incepted a Task Force (Search X for Excellence) that's focused on advancing a part of our culture as the industry evolves. What we saw in innovation pace the past 10 years will pale in comparison to what we'll see in the next 2-3 years. Bank on this. Sharing our WIP Search X Mission Statement below in case it inspires any Leaders out there to be intentional about the importance of your Recruiting Culture! #recruitinglife #companyculture #talentacquisition #learninganddevelopment --- At Hunt Club, we take pride in delivering a distinguished and best in class Talent Acquisition experience for our clients and candidates. We do this by living and breathing a growth-minded culture supported by L&D programs to continuously advance our skills in the art and science of recruiting, while also being wizards of AI and technology. This includes leveraging our proprietary technology in fostering networks/communities of talent across industries, specializations, and career trajectory for the benefit of our clients and candidates. We believe the magic and power of the human-to-human recruiting experience will become even more important in a world of AI and automation. We measure ourselves by more than simply helping companies hire. We measure ourselves by helping companies hire talent who stand the test of time and make a meaningful impact to the companies’ future and culture.
