As I look for my next role, job boards are just one method to my approach. Of those I’ve applied to so far, there are two companies that stand out in their response to applicants: • Riipen • Saatchi & Saatchi Canada Why? Two reasons. 1. Response time from submission to hiring process status update Saatchi & Saatchi took only a total of 5 days (4 business days), and Riipen took only a total of 7 days (5 business days). 2. Communication Though the roles I applied to didn’t have a deadline, I was kept well informed within a short timeline. It was positively surprising. The takeaway? Small acts make a big difference. Shout out to the teams behind these companies for taking the time to do the small things. It’s appreciated.

You'd be a DDB employee, but also work closely with partner agencies across the entire marketing spectrum. - We don't want the first thing that comes to mind when you think "Army work." In fact, we need to counter that kind of work. - Full-time, not freelance. Freelancers, your time will come. - If you don't live in Chicago, you'd have to relocate. Hybrid, not fully remote.
