According to Sycamore Lodge's Registered Manager Barry O'Driscoll, employers should adopt value-based recruiting and positive work cultures to improve staff retention. When O'Driscoll first joined Sycamore Lodge, it had serious retention and recruitment issues. He, however, turned things around by introducing an open-door policy, allowing staff to air grievances. He also focused on training team leaders and ensuring they understood that supportive and cohesive management would prevent staff from quitting. We are really excited about the continued growth of earned wage access solutions here in South Africa. Around 50% of "eligible employees" use Paymenow Group's services monthly - which is a clear sign of the value proposition offered by this solution for employers and their employees.
