Getting key stakeholders participating in your advocacy program makes all the difference... Especially at the beginning! Instead of inviting everyone in your organization to join straight away, be strategic. Discover your ideal advocates. Find those 'goldilocks zone' employees that: 1) Would benefit the most from employee advocacy. 2) Will be able to drive results for your program. Then consider the pain points of those individuals. Would they benefit hugely from building a social media presence, but lack the time to do so? Do they need to demonstrate industry expertise, but don't have any relevant content to share? Then when you approach these people (or their managers), you'll be able to showcase why employee advocacy will help them. #SocialMedia #Marketing #EmployeeAdvocacy
