I hope this message reaches someone who can help. Our company recently moved our warehouse two miles down the road. We contacted Spectrum three months before the move to ensure there would be no disruption to our phone service. However, two weeks after the move, although we have phone service, our old phone numbers have not been switched over as promised. The two high-level managers we have been dealing with are unhelpful, consistently setting deadlines that are never met. We have no clear timeline for when our service will be fully operational. Working with Spectrum has been a complete disaster.
