One week on from our latest in-person event, where Stu Jones, Karl Randay, Felix Welckenbach and Tesh Patel discussed all things data-driven research and leveraging AI. Thanks again to our partners Productboard and Shootsta! Reflecting on the event, here are some of the things that stuck with me: 🔢 Data alone can’t make the point you need it to with senior stakeholders; you need to tell a story too 🤖 Are businesses really leveraging AI, or are the majority just using a re-badged version of machine learning? 💰 If you want to deliver truly personalised experiences, you’ve got to be prepared to spend in the short term to maximise your ROI 🥳 Excitement from decision making comes from the commitment of having had to make an informed choice It was great to see so many people, and we can’t wait to get back together again in the coming months when we’ll be talking about the principles and benefits of service design. Working with AI daily allows me to experiment with a lot of new tools. One that recently caught my attention is Vizcom. The tool basically helps you to seamlessly transform product visualization concepts into reality (even from very poor drawings like mine 😅). The result you're seeing came from a quick drawing, a brief prompt on the platform, and a seamless transition from sketch to render. The outcome? I'm genuinely amazed. It speaks for itself.
