Rounding up the week today as the theme for this year is TEAM SERVICE, I want to take this opportunity to appreciate everyone who makes teams run to exude excellence. As the popular saying goes "TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK", without a united and positive mindset, we cannot achieve much as an organization or business as that will hinder intended progress. Thank you to all the awesome players I've met so far on this work trip. It was hard in the beginning, even now we still have issues and mistakes to learn from but I can say that I have grown and I am grateful for all that I've got. From this experience, I have met great teammates, leaders, guides and even friends. So I am reminded to consciously be a positive addition in anyway I can, support the people I work with and focus on the business goals while I do not forget my personal goals for growth and progress. So as a Frontline Officer, remember that you do amazing work and you are appreciated for it even when the thank yous aren't loud. Hence always be a positive influence where you are, align with team members and support the growth of the business where you've found yourself. Yes, they will find him cute and adorable, but in terms of delivering great customer service and bringing my brand towards customer success? In the eyes of customers, every employee of a brand represents the brand. An employee may actually be the main point of contact for some clients or even more: be the only person they are talking to from the company. So if I want Chouquette to deliver an amazing care and experience to my clients, I need to make sure that I highlight how important he is in this role and therefore, to the company. If we do not highlight how important our employees are and how key their role is in taking cake of the main focus of a business which is the customers, how can we expect them to deliver great customer service?
