Leading a strategic comms campaign means pulling in individuals who are highly skilled at the tactics you want to deploy. I’ve had the pleasure of working with some of the most talented communicators in the business on this campaign and website launch from visual artists and executive communication pros to advertising and social media experts. 🔥 Identify Spokespeople: Notice I said “people” not “person?” Great campaigns are those that are delivered by diverse voices, not just one person. Recognize the strengths of different executives and experts, as well as their differing audiences and perspectives. Help create and tailor authentic messages that best resonate for each, which in turn will extend your reach. 🔥 Deliver and Optimize: Turn those words into action! But the fun doesn’t stop there; the learnings we gain from seeing a campaign play out are arguably even more important than the campaign itself. As communicators, we can’t be afraid to #failfast and #grow. It’s how we can continuously optimize performance, ensuring we are delivering important messages where it matters most.
