Are you a project manager or production manager ? Can you tell my why this position is so underpaid? You are the glue that holds everything together. You are the unseen hero at every event making executives look 👀 like Ballers. You hold space to make others shine because you get what every position is doing. You never get praise but wow 😯 when something wrong it’s on you and you step up and take responsibility because that’s just how you roll! I just don’t get why pay is so low. If any HR, Executive Leader, or project/production manager has any insights on this please post below, or DM me. I am just not understanding how this position sometimes pays less than an executive assistant or other managerial/producer roles ! Executive Assistants get low-balled too so that’s another post ! Companies need to understand who the backbone of their companies truly are. I’ve seen production managers be able to step in and produce- but I haven’t really seen a producer know how to product manage to the same degree…. well let’s just say I haven’t seen it yet ! There is always an “outlier” out there.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and quality assurance, to define and execute the product roadmap. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the product's features, maintaining its stability, and monitoring its performance to meet and exceed customer expectations. Role & Responsibilities: Roadmap Management: Create and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that enhancements, bug fixes, and maintenance tasks are appropriately scheduled and executed. We continue our series introducing our great colleagues.👩💼👨💼🎉 This month meet Emese, our Quality Controller. 🧡 Name: Emese Pleva Position: Quality Controller How long have you been working for the company? - I joined the team in 2018, after finishing college. What is your main task, what are you responsible for? - I am responsible for checking the quality of the products and releasing them on the market. I take samples every hour and evaluate them, based on which I decide whether it can be released on the market. I also deal with the training of new employees, the issuing of work clothes and I ensure compliance with the protocols. If we need product samples for a presentation, baking those is also one of my tasks. Why did you choose this company? - I started working as a nutrition consultant while still in college, but I quickly realized that working alone was not for me, I needed a team. That's when I found Ambropek's job advertisement, to which I applied. What do you like about your job? - What I love about my job is that I don't see it as work. I like the daily tasks and new challenges as well. Here I found not only new colleagues, but also real friends. I recently got a notebook here that reads: "Chance made us colleagues, but laughter made us true friends." I very much agree with this. Which is your favorite Ambropek product? - I am proud of our quality, delicious and varied products. From the first moment I fell in love with our onion bloomer and our twisted bread with olives.
