Back from discussions with Villeroy & Boch, the company with probably the richest heritage in my home region 🏰 After our projects with Rauch Möbelwerke GmbH and nobilia-Werke J. Stickling GmbH & Co. KG, we finally got the chance to meet another big player of the home & living industry. This gave us the opportunity to take a closer look at the bathroom industry and to understand the market mechanisms: ...in which the skilled trades play a leading sales role and where we might see more and more signs of a buyer's market ...that still holds lots of opportunities to promote digital tools and reimagined consumer experiences ...where multi-stage value creation, complexity in product compatibility and the individuality of customer requirement are just a few of the challenges Quite apart from this, V&B will have its very own tasks to complete as a result of the recent merger with Ideal Standard.
