We Portray your story into POWERFUL Social Presence Organically ⚡ | Personal Branding Strategist @Social Pace, Marketing Executive @Nithar
I went from desperately hoping to land opportunities as a "receptionist" to having to filter through job offers of Mid-senior positions at BIG Digital corporate offices. All grace to God firstly. One thing that polished my experience in the market world is MINDSET When I desperately needed change in my life, I started that change with how I view and project matters. Let me show you how I did it: 1. Lost opportunity = Exploration : You see, we always think that a successful person with a career begin their journey on a perfect rhyme. They have their skillset built-in and they are ready to conquer. But it is not entirely true. Successful people begin unknowing of what their next step is! They are familiar with being lost, failed turns and more- which makes them immune to giving up. And In order to be able to show up and try to apply to my dream roles, I started familiarizing myself with rejection. Rejected- Rejected- Rejected Tiresome process, but I knew that upon every rejection- I will craft my skillset to match the future role I aim for. 2. Delusion Have you lately heard the " being delulu is the solulu " And I couldn't find a statement that I could agree more with. I started believing that I am fit to my dream role- hence I started working to become the dream hustler I aim to become. Giving up to your reality will not do you good. Change how you view matters and work your way up the ladder. and trust, NOTHING is impossible with a clear and definite mindset #personaldevelopment #personalbrand and if you agree: ✔Hit the follow button for more

The importance and negatives of experience In 1981 when I started my journey through the corporate world, experience was valued and from an executive one could get promoted to post of Assistant Manager if one had experience of minimum 4-5 years and later as Manager for another 4-5 years. Times were changing, and the youth in me had aspirations and opportunity came my way. Guys used to work and retire from one corporate working for 25-40 years. As time passes guys who stayed in same organisation were called furniture. Times changed and then youth was in vogue due to its dynamism. Posts got created like Vice President, President etc. While experience has its value so that one doesn't commit the same mistakes, the dynamism comes through youth and new ideas they bring though I do not say experience doesn't bring new ideas but many old experienced are loath to embrace new ideas. In every field when old experiences are challenged new discoveries or processes are discovered, so when the young ask me about my experience, my say to them to challenge everything old for progress is made when one challenges the old and that's how the world has made progress of course hear the old but use this judicially and chart one's own path.

As I look down the runway at Baguio International Airport, in the beautiful Philippines, I'm reminded of the journey that lies ahead. Like this runway, the path may appear straight and defined, yet it’s fraught with uncertainty and challenges. This expanse of concrete isn’t just a strip of land—it's a metaphor for the numerous #CareerJourney takeoffs and landings we experience in our professional lives. In recent times, finding meaningful work in my industry has been as daunting as staring down this lengthy runway. But every runway offers a chance to take off toward new #NewBeginnings, a fresh start, or a momentary escape to recharge. It's a place of welcomes and farewells, arrivals and departures—each one marking a significant chapter in our lives. I am currently #OpenToWork and eager to connect with anyone offering opportunities. With a versatile background in Hospitality, F&B, Retail, NGOs, and even running my own consultancy, I bring a wealth of experience to the table. My extensive knowledge of business development across Asia is tailored to deliver substantial growth. Connect with me here to explore how my expertise can benefit your organization: [Damian Flynn's LinkedIn](https://lnkd.in/g2PDwRcu). I'm committed to maintaining momentum in my #JobSearch, remaining relevant in a swiftly evolving marketplace. It’s crucial not only for me but for many of us across various fields where our skills can make a mark. Let's navigate these challenging #IndustryChallenges together, embracing each opportunity to ascend, and supporting one another through each descent. Here’s to finding strength in new beginnings and enduring hope in each farewell. #ProfessionalGrowth #Networking #CareerOpportunities #JobHunt #Hiring #Recruitment #CareerChange #EmploymentOpportunities #WorkReady #SkillDevelopment #Philippines #HongKong #Retail #Hospitality #Hotel #Asia

If a senior citizen has a home and lives alone, the challenges to meet financial obligations is overwhelming. How can we help? Expand your thoughts to hire someone who might not look like Barbie or move as fast or care about playing on their phones all day. Hire someone who will work rings around the college kids who have no idea what working means. We all should be aware of this untapped market looking for work and remove the "what year did you graduate high school" from the application! At this time, working at a fast food store or becoming a receptionist seems like the only option. But what about that person with forty years of sales or marketing experience? You will get a mighty bang for your buck. Give age a chance.

Manager | Business Relationships @WorldTeams | Helping companies find the best talent the world has to offer
Have you ever thought about how our work defines us? It's where we find purpose, where our unique gifts are valued, and where we feel truly dignified. I've had a ton of jobs throughout my life: babysitter, assistant, waitress, preschool teacher, retail worker, HR professional, and now, account manager. And while some might view these roles as stepping stones or even "lesser" jobs, I've come to realize that each and every one has played a significant role in shaping the person I am today. As a waitress, I learned the value of hard work and dedication. I spent countless hours on my feet, juggling multiple orders and ensuring every customer had a positive experience. 💯 Each of these opportunities has equipped me with invaluable skills that have contributed to my success today. The diversity of my experiences has given me life knowledge, making me a well-rounded individual and team player. I am a testament to the fact that every job, no matter how big or small, has the potential to shape your future. So don't underestimate the power of your experiences. Embrace them, learn from them, and let them push you towards your dreams. ✨ #Work #Dignitiy #Experience

Passion at Work: Finding Joy in What You Do! Let's talk about our favorite thing to do at work. You know what I'm talking about - that one task or project that makes you feel like you're on top of the world. The one thing that you're so passionate about that you could talk about it for hours. For me it is matching the right candidate with the right company its an incredibly rewarding experience. There's something special about seeing a candidate land their dream job and knowing that you played a part in making it happen. It takes a certain level of skill and intuition to identify the perfect fit, but when you do, it's a feeling like no other. Plus, being able to help someone advance their career is a pretty great perk of the job too! And here's the thing: when you're doing something you're truly passionate about, that's when you'll do your best work. Your enthusiasm and excitement will shine through and your output will be top-notch. It's not just about getting the job done - it's about enjoying the process and feeling fulfilled along the way. In fact, being passionate about your work can be a major selling point when it comes to interviewing for a new position. Employers want to see that you're invested in what you do and that you have a real drive to succeed. So don't be afraid to let that passion shine through! So, what about you? What's your favorite thing to do at work? Whatever it is, make sure you're taking the time to really enjoy it and put your all into it. Trust me, it'll make all the difference. #NorthDakota #SDjobs #SouthDakota #MTjobs #Montana #WYjobs #Wyoming #GeckoHospitality #WereHiring #LetGoAndLetGecko #GrowYourBusiness #Business #RecruitmentAgency #NowHiring #restaurant #foodservice #opportunity #hoteliers #hotelmanagement
