What a year it's been! Moving forward into 2024, one of our main focuses will be transforming commercial properties into residential buildings. Why? With new council and building control regulations, coupled with lengthy processes just to release the conditions on the pre-approved planning, there is now an approximate 9 months of delays on new builds. We now need a smarter and more efficient approach to property development, especially until councils start making it feasible for smaller developers to create much-needed housing.
