On peut supposer que le marché ira naturellement vers les conversions vu le changement drastique dans la nature de la demande d’espace (bureau vers locatif). La clé est de savoir comment les instances publiques peuvent le plus efficacement faciliter cette transition.

Thank you very much for putting this together. With these buildings already on municipal services and often close to commercial services they are one of the more economical ways for local governments to get housing in place esp for those who are without a private vehicle. (Speaking here as a retired municipal CAO and now a realtor)
