You might hear the terms inpatient, outpatient, IOP, PHP, day treatment, and residential in the mental health world, but what do these actually mean? And how do you know if your client is in the right level of care for them? Dr. Suzanne Jasberg joins this #podcast episode of the Therapist Thrival Guide to discuss what these different levels are and how to be assessing client progress in #therapy. https://lnkd.in/gG3CAze7

🧠 👩⚕️ I recently had the pleasure of joining Dr. Michelle Chestovich on her 'Re-Mind Yourself' podcast. We had an important conversation surrounding a topic that is often left in the shadows - physician access to mental health care. There are unique stressors that healthcare professionals face and the barriers that often prevent them from seeking the help they need. The myth of losing one's medical license due to seeking mental health treatment? We debunked that and many more. I encourage you all to tune in, not just to listen but to understand, empathize, and become agents of change. Remember, it's absolutely okay not to be okay, even for us who are usually writing the prescriptions. Let's talk, let's listen, and let's heal together. 💙 🔗 https://lnkd.in/gpcRukcP https://lnkd.in/gaSZqdYv #MentalHealthAwareness #PhysicianWellness #EndTheStigma #EllieEmpower
