We all know that the time to innovate is now. Innovation requires courage and risk taking. Creating fear defeats the purpose and stifles innovation. I applaud AONL's response calling out the need to create a safe environment for our nurses to give care by creating new models of care. #safecare #modelsofcare #nursing #Nursesonlinkedin #nursingleadership #nurseleader #healthcare #healthcareleadership https://lnkd.in/gXCtyQzH (Misleading Research Fuels Unnecessary Fears About Innovative Health Care Advancements)
