It is called the "geek" way: is a novel approach to the oldest challenge of the business world: bringing people together in a way that #continuouslycreatesvalue. The key to doing this, and to creating and sustaining the geeks’ preferred culture, is to emphasize four norms: speed, ownership, science, and openness. #Speed is describing the speed of iteration: how quickly a team can create something that works in a meaningful and measurable sense, then get useful feedback on it. #Ownership describes that companies emphasize the norm of ownership, and people taking clear and sole responsibility for an agreed-upon goal, with higher levels of personal autonomy, empowerment. #Science describes the scientific method that a decision on different options by the party whose arguments are best supported by the available evidence — not seniority or charisma or past performance or rhetoric or tradition/DNA, but evidence. #Openness can define as sharing information and being receptive to arguments, reevaluations, and changes in direction. Openness is close to psychological safety, and close to the opposite of defensiveness.

As AI moves beyond theoretical possibilities, we are entering an era where AI will not only augment but fundamentally reshape the startup landscape.
