🌈Our final inclusivity tip of the week is: the importance of taking a stand against hate. While hosting training courses and establishing anti-hate policies is a good place to start, it alone isn’t enough if it’s never put into practice and the beliefs aren't there to back it up. In addition to this, as the leader of a team or company, you lead by example. Therefore, by demonstrating your own dedication to inclusivity by taking a stand, you will encourage others to do the same.
