Assistant psychologists are the backbone to efficient psychology services and they are often not well looked after, especially in the private sector which seems to think they can change their job to admin, medical secretary or HCA duties when it suits them. I get asked for guidance on APs more than any other and here we have it. I hope this is useful for you APs! Thank you all for the work you do, and your patience with the route into your career.
