This week has been a challenging one for me. I've been going through a lot of personal changes and trying to understand my emotions, wants, and needs. It made me realize that we are our own advocates. We can work hard, be kind, and share, but what is it all for? It's crucial to set boundaries and prioritize our own well-being. Neglecting ourselves and people pleasing can add up over time until it becomes too much. Let's make sure to invest in ourselves and prioritize our own needs. #selfcare #mentalhealthawareness

Feeling overwhelmed by constantly saying “yes”? You’re not alone. Here’s a quick guide to stop people-pleasing: Recognize your worth: Your value isn’t measured by how much you do for others. Set boundaries: Start small, practice saying “no,” and protect your time. Practice self-compassion: Be kind to yourself; remember, you deserve to prioritize your needs. Take it one step at a time. You’ve got this! #SelfCare #MentalHealth #PeoplePleasing #Boundaries #SelfWorth #MentalHealthMatters https://lnkd.in/duTQVp7w

Embracing Self-Care: A Journey of Self-Love "Love yourself first, and everything else falls into line." - Lucille Ball Recently, a wonderful coachee of mine shared her powerful journey towards self-care, and I'm deeply inspired by her realization. For months, she struggled with health issues, feeling like a burden to her loved ones. She was lost in the worry of handling her health challenges. During our coaching session, she discovered something profound: the need to nurture her inner child. She decided to look in the mirror and speak to herself with tenderness, as if addressing a vulnerable child within. "There, there, little darling, I am here for you." Initially, it may have seemed strange, but it touched something deep within her. This experience reminds us all that we carry an inner child longing for love and care. Self-love is the foundation of true happiness. So, my dear friends, let's take a moment to reflect: Do you treat yourself with the same kindness and love you'd offer to an innocent and lovely child? 🤗💕 #BuildResilience #BookWriting #GiftedCoaching #SelfLove #SelfCare #InnerChildHealing
