This picture will mean nothing to most of you, but it’s a huge milestone for me. Carlisi were one of my first social media marketing clients back in the summer of 2020. They had 2,567 Instagram followers at the time, and their content was reaching around 1,000 people a week. Today, we hit 10k followers. It’s taken almost three years to the day to hit that magic number organically. No paid ads, no bots, no comment pods. Just a thousand days of genuine engagement with their community. In the last week alone our content reached almost 7,000 people - and before you ask how this translates into sales - both of their sites are undoubtedly thriving. And whilst this post celebrates the numbers, managing this account has taught me the true value of brand advocacy.
