Our cutest installer by far. On any given work day, there are at least two or three wagging tails and wet noses to greet you at our shop. A recent study/survey conducted by Washington State University, Scientific American and the National Institutes of Health found the following: 🐾 Pets in the workplace, specifically dogs, lower the stress hormone, cortisol by up to 30% 🐾 Pets in the workplace lower stress levels of employees by 29% 🐾 The presence of of dogs in a group work setting encourages employees to be more cooperative, communicative, and friendly towards each other compared to group work settings without dogs. 🐾 Pets in the workplace help break down barriers to social interaction by providing pathways to conversation. 🐾 83% of employees who work for a pet friendly company, feel that their work is rewarding and exciting versus 46% who work in a non-pet friendly workplace #signs #signage #dogfriendly #dogfriendlyworkplace #mustlovedogs #dogsofinstagram #workingdog #dogoftheday

Let's talk about bringing your dogs to work, personally I think it's downright PAWSOME! 😎💼   Why, you ask? Well, for starters, having furry companions around boosts morale like nothing else! 🐶❤️ Think of the stress-busting power when a fluffy pup showers you with slobbery kisses! 😅💦   Some might say having your dog in the office can be a distraction - research shows that those who took their dog to work, 33.4% increased absorption in their work and their dedication in their work by 16.5% compared to the norm. They also found that engagement increased by 14.4%.    So why is it that The Guardian states that about 8% of employees in the UK are allowed to take their dogs into work   Not convinced yet?
