🚀 Stepping into the Spotlight: A Journey Beyond Tech 🎭 I've always been a tech enthusiast, frequently immersing myself in hackathons and tech events. But life is all about exploration, right? So, I decided to embark on a completely new adventure, one that I had always been curious about - the world of theater! 🎬 Recently, I had the incredible opportunity to participate in a Center Stage Play at Waves, BITS Goa, and I'm absolutely thrilled to share that our dedicated and talented team secured the 2nd position! 🏆 What made this experience truly exceptional was witnessing the unwavering dedication of my teammates. We put in countless hours of practice, starting at 8 in the morning and often continuing until 10 at night. Their commitment and hard work were truly inspiring, and it fueled my own determination to excel in this new arena. Winning the 2nd position was a surreal moment, and for the first time, it felt incredibly well-deserved. The sense of accomplishment and pleasure I derived from this experience was unlike anything I've felt before. 🤩 This journey into the world of theater taught me so much - from honing my stage presence to learning the importance of teamwork and collaboration. I gained insights into the art of storytelling, creative expression, and so much more. Never did I imagine the level of hard work and dedication that actors invest in creating a perfect play. So, my takeaway from this adventure is simple: Keep trying new things! The learning and exploration that come from venturing into uncharted territories can be incredibly rewarding, hence, I'm now more inspired than ever to continue pushing my boundaries and discovering new passions.

How To Demonstrate Your Work Values This is a case in point where actions exemplify the work values. We are delighted to celebrate Kina's first anniversary working with Uncommon Bold! Kina began as an intern and has transitioned into our social media coordinator, helping with client campaigns, promotions, video editing, content creation, and distribution through our publishing division. We asked Kina a few questions to reflect on her time at Uncommon Bold so far, and these were their responses: (1) What has been your favorite part of working at Uncommon Bold?  - It would have to be a tie between the flexibility and the amazing team. Everyone is incredibly understanding, knowledgeable, and willing to help. (2) What do you feel has been your biggest accomplishment thus far?  - I consider completing college while simultaneously managing two small businesses to be a very difficult but huge accomplishment for me. It was certainly challenging but was fulfilling and provided many valuable life lessons. (3) What advice would you give yourself one year ago?  - Stop doubting yourself and have more faith in your abilities, stop overthinking and use your failures as lessons.

Week 9 at Deel is approaching its end & my swag has just arrived Anyone who knows me, knows I can often be found in a cap, so I guess I’ll be sporting this one today I get a ton of reach outs from people about working at Deel, so I wanted to give some insight about my journey in: - I networked thoroughly, luckily I knew Leo Crowe , but throughout my application I connected with lots more - I applied to multiple roles - I applied for 5 different roles at Deel, before I get an interview - I was specific in my search about what interested me, and didn’t interest me. I knew my WHY? Before I sent any applications I assessed what was important to me in my next role: trajectory, a great manager and somewhere I can work remotely for family need reasons - I was prepared thoroughly for every interaction, researching each and every interviewee - Interviews are short in relative terms, so you need to know the persons journey to Deel too If you’ve got any questions reach out 🙌🙌

We're officially in Q2. The year is flying by, and it's time for my quarterly check-in. Every few months I take inventory of my professional and personal life, level set, and work toward new goals. Here are a few things I'm reviewing on both fronts: 1. Ensure our team feels fulfilled by their work; shift priorities pending their feedback. This is ongoing but always a good reminder! 2. Review external partnerships to identify synergies and services that support better member outcomes. 3. Celebrate big and small wins across the board. 4.
