Originally hailing from South Australia, Melody began her professional career in the fashion and advertising industry as a model. Her work took her across Asia and Europe before settling in the U.S. market. Throughout her 15+ years in modeling, she graced campaigns for renowned brands such as Maybelline, Colgate, Kohls, and Hanes, with a specialization in commercial advertising. With a successful career that started in her teens, Melody's journey later led her to explore her creative side behind the camera. She has since grown her portfolio as a talented photographer, producer, and freelance creative director, shooting for national and international brands and publications. The transition into her marketing role at Think Hospitality came when she was ready to set her sights on new challenges and this role was the perfect platform to further explore and utilize her creative and marketing expertise, honed through a decade of experience working on both sides of photoshoots, productions, and advertising. Her deep understanding of 360 marketing fuels Think Hospitality's success in the dynamic and ever-changing hospitality landscape. Melody's strong entrepreneurial spirit has been the driving force behind her career achievements. Would also be curious on your thoughts around false marketing and the rampifications of this? I see the websites for these hotels don't note that they are currently under construction - including guest rooms under cosntruction starting at 7am. I suspect your paying guests would appreciate knowing that before they spend money on a 7am jack hammer wake up call. Perhaps they'd like to know that the lobbies look nothing like th photos as well? As marketing director do you think that it's your responsibiltiy to be truthful to customers or do you think this an acceptable professional business practice?
