CEO Energy Solutions APAC, Country Head Southeast Asia

I'm thrilled to share ENGIE’s latest milestone in partnership with CapitaLand Investment in Singapore! For the next 15 years, we are committed to ensuring that Plaza Singapura and The Atrium@Orchard meet BCA’s Green Mark (Super Low Energy) standards. Our customized design, implementation, finance, and operations of the air conditioning systems will achieve over 30% energy savings and substantial cost reductions—all de-risked. This development highlights the traction we’re gaining in supporting Singapore's 2030 Green Plan initiatives. It shows how strategic partnerships and innovative solutions can drive meaningful change. Aligned with the Joint Year of Sustainability (JYOS) between France and Singapore, we are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. This initiative showcases our collaborative efforts to create a sustainable future through innovation and cooperation. ENGIE’s support to Singapore's green future includes: - Collaborations with Industry Leaders: Partnering with players such as CapitaLand to achieve top energy efficiency standards, similar to our success with MEES on manufacturing sites. - District Cooling: Commissioning our first two district cooling projects at Punggol Digital District by 2024 to provide efficient, sustainable cooling. - Solar Projects: Rolling out over 50 MW of local solar projects to contribute to a cleaner energy landscape. - Sustainable Mobility: Leading the deployment of one of Singapore's largest EV charging infrastructures with ComfortDelGro, supporting sustainable transport goals. - A wide range of initiatives including digital solutions, decarbonization advisory, and a green desk for RECs and carbon offset sourcing. These achievements reflect the dedication and hard work of our colleagues, partners, and supporters. Together, we drive positive change and light the path towards a greener tomorrow. #ActWithENGIE #JYOS #Sustainability #SGGreenPlan
