Although unaware of this meeting, the Language Acquisition Research Foundation is working in the background to integrate cybersecurity and acquisition of language into the manufacturing industry, El Paso is "on the move" to becoming a major manufacturing hub, but sustainability is the key! It is imperative that we educate and facilitate certification processes (particularly in the high school IT programs) so our high school Career Technology Education students enter the Apprenticeship Program while continuing their education if they so choose. We must minimize El Paso's "Brain Drain." El Paso businesses must eliminate the silos and work together to create a foundation that uplifts the unskilled and propels skilled individuals into positions of growth.
