While faking Gemini demo videos is one thing, the bigger problem is that it's just the tip of the iceberg, and Google has been using deceptive marketing tactics to spread and amplify such contents by encouraging a vast group of thousands or tens of thousands of Google employees and other stakeholders (including affiliates, influencers like GDE/GDG/GDSC, and some media outlets) to indiscriminately like, reply, and repost on social media without any internal controls. Google has even built an internal viral amplification system for social media deceptive marketing, encouraging employees to be active on social media, ranking them based on the number of posts they make, and telling them to falsely label such opinions as their own, not the company's, even though they post canned phrases with just one click. Google must cease and desist from engaging in deceptive marketing, public opinion manipulation, propaganda/incitement, and other mass social engineering tactics that seriously harm society and the public interest.
