Sustainability is our driving force.   🔌 Smart Motor Control: Implemented Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) for nearly 80% of our process motors, allowing us to use energy only when it's needed through our smart motor control system.   🚛 Innovative Electric Trucks: Say hello to our new electric truck for transportation! It's powered by energy derived from the waste gases of our carbon black plant and is set to cover approximately 25,000 km annually, significantly reducing our carbon footprint.   📉 Energy Intensity Reduction: In the fiscal year 2022–23, we achieved an astounding energy intensity reduction of 37.9% overall, showcasing our dedication to sustainability.   🔥 Enhancing Efficiency: We're not stopping there. We've invested in new Air Preheaters (APH) to improve heat transfer efficiency, and an additional process boiler to efficiently generate and utilize steam, reducing our dependency on fossil fuels.   Our journey towards energy efficiency and sustainability is an ongoing commitment. Waste Management: Implement effective waste management practices on our site and onboard to reduce waste generation and ensure proper disposal or recycling. Emission Monitoring and Reporting: Install emission monitoring systems to accurately track emissions of pollutants like CO2, SO2, and NOx. Regularly report emission data to relevant regulatory bodies and the public. Training and Awareness: Educate staff members about sustainable practices, energy efficiency, and proper handling of refrigerated cargo. Foster a culture of environmental responsibility among employees. Collaboration and Certification: Collaborate with industry groups and organizations to share best practices and stay updated on the latest sustainability initiatives. Easy and Quick Trans is part of TCA (Truckload Carriers Association) and is up to date on all relevant regulations and shares data, information and knowledge with other like minded carriers. Holds relevant certifications such as ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 50001 (Energy Management) to demonstrate commitment to sustainability. Research and Development: Invests in research and development to explore innovative technologies and practices that can further enhance energy efficiency and reduce emissions.
