We are happy to celebrate Kaitlin Rebella's second anniversary working with Uncommon Bold! Kaitlin has been absolutely incredible at handling strategic communications and brand execution with our clients. Her work is consistently praised for its quality and her commitment to client satisfaction. We asked Kaitlin a few questions to reflect on her time at Uncommon Bold so far, and these were their responses: (1) What has been your favorite part of working at Uncommon Bold? - The team! I'm so thankful for this group of thoughtful, talented, strategic, and above all - kind - professionals. (2) What do you feel has been your biggest accomplishment thus far? - I have been so grateful for the opportunity to help our clients do big, ambitious, important and status quo-busting work. Whether it's breaking new ground in mental health treatments, shifting how people access and benefit from high value health care and social services, or driving health equity, I'm proud of the mission-driven work that prioritizes the social good. (3) What advice would you give yourself one year ago? - Trust the process. Creativity can be messy and slow, but giving space delivers better outcomes.

Lawyer | Author | Founder - The Legal Swan, POSH at Work & Respekt | LGBTQ+ Ally | President, ASHC (Mah), WICCI, G100, Child Care, Advisory Country Chair
12th June 2023 will always be etched in my mind as a special day, a day of learnings and reminders. Before founding POSH at Work (PAW) in 2015, I enjoyed the comfort of a secure job. However, on this day, eight years into PAWโs journey, I found myself navigating uncharted waters, questioning my choices, and grappling with uncertainty. One year later, I can openly acknowledge that period as my lowest โ professionally, mentally, emotionally, and physically. I felt adrift, as if my purpose had slipped through my fingers, leaving me uncertain of recovery. Yet, the universe has its unique way of lifting us up, often in the most unexpected ways. During this challenging time, TLS was born. The outpouring of support and well-wishes from family, friends, colleagues, and even so-called โcompetitorsโ was overwhelming. It became abundantly clear that I wasnโt alone; a robust network of support stood behind me. On June 17, 2023, I sought the source of my inspiration and the reason behind PAWโs inception โ Bhanvari Devi Ji. Within an hour of meeting her, my clarity and purpose were reignited. I rediscovered why I started this journey and what I aimed to achieve. Since then, both TLS and PAW have experienced remarkable success, far beyond my expectations. This success was not a solo endeavour. It was the fruit of the unwavering dedication of the TLS team and the steadfast belief of all our stakeholders. Even in my darkest moments, our stakeholders had faith in us, and the TLS team believed we were destined to succeed. We all encounter good days and bad, moments of triumph and failure. Accepting failure is undeniably tough, but these experiences have taught me the immense value of genuine relationships, both professional and personal. Iโve learned the importance of staying connected to our roots, appreciating those who stand by us, and believing in our resilience to rise and forge ahead. To everyone who has been part of this journey โ thank you for your support, your faith, and your unwavering belief in our vision. Hereโs to the challenges that shape us and the triumphs that define us. Together, we move forward. ๐ Thank you Team The Legal Swan (POSH at Work by TLS and Respekt by TLS)

Fractional Chief Operations Officer (fCOO) | Strategic Integration | Business Operations Specialist | Speaker | Podcast Host
Are you supporting your team's specialties? Last night, we celebrated our daughter's best friend's 5th birthday with a family dinner. As the table was set and the food laid out, there was a buzz of excitement. The 'favorite' family dish, lovingly prepared by our friend's mother, was about to make its appearance. Not only was it delicious, but we also got a take-home bag at the end of the night! This experience made me think about the unique specialties each team member brings to the table. How do we best support them in showcasing these strengths? Much like that favored dish, our work methods are a blend of ingredients and processes. When these are harnessed by a specialist and shared with the team, we ensure that their valuable contributions are savored and appreciated long into the future. So, I'm curious: What unique 'specialty' does each member of your team bring to the table, and how are you nurturing these talents?

As physical therapists, we have the opportunity to spend more time than other medical professionals working with our patients to determine the underlying cause of their symptoms. We often see patients 2-3 x per week for 1 hour visits on average. This provides a valuable opportunity to collaborate with referring physicians, or become the referring provider ourselves. What a valuable resource for our patients to realize they can #ChoosePTFirst and feel confident they have the backing of the entire medical community in their corner through our knowledge and collaboration with other medical providers. #PatientFirstMission #ThereIsADifference #PeopleFirst
Thank you for taking the time to leave this wonderful review, Sarah! Hearing that our teamโs compassion and encouragement made a difference for you is incredibly gratifying. Thank you for acknowledging the heartfelt support and inspiration our team offers. Your feedback reminds us of why we do what we do.
