Working on a stressful project and need to avoid burnout? Me too. I’m leading a large enterprise transformation initiative … everyone involved is stressed and working long hours to get this right. Here’s 1 action I take to recharge my battery and stay resilient. Outdoor cycling How do I fit that into a day filled with meetings? For me, I prioritize it as the first meeting of the day. Today, it was my 6:30am meeting (gotta get out early to beat the Vegas summer heat). Like your cellphone and laptop are ineffective when their batteries are at 0%, so are you when your battery is at zero. Make it a priority to recharge your personal battery. #WorkLifeBalance #LIPostingDay

Totally agree, Tracey! For me, it's my daily 6 am appointment with a Pilates studio to connect my mind, body and spirit. All three benefit from that hour dedicated to me and my health, while setting up positive energy to face a busy day. ✨️ 💪
