I started in sales when I joined MemoryFox over a year ago. I had zero sales background. In a way, that was half the fun of it. To supplement what I learned from my team and on the job, I started following so many of you - wise and experienced sales voices willing to share all your lived experience on this platform. You all belted out endless knowledge that instantly became the most incredible resource. Now the twist… Over the summer I moved to our Customer Success team. It’s been awesome putting myself back in the mindset of our customers and brainstorming alongside them to bring their mission stories to life. But I have so much to learn about how to the best steward of our customers. About how to most effectively run successful customer programs. I don’t see a lot of people here talking about customer success. So this is my ask to this community. Who are the most imaginative voices in this arena? Who is doing customer success well?
