Part One! 2023 Customer Service @TMobile: I am a twenty-plus year customer of Sprint - now TMobile, a Fortune 500 Telecommunications company that requires a customer to write a letter on paper, place said letter into an envelope, address said letter "c/o TMobile Customer Service", affix a stamp and take that letter to the Post Office should they choose to communicate a customer billing issue! Yes that is the process...write a letter and place in an envelope in 2023 to communicate a "Customer Service" issue to a Fortune 500 telecom company! For some reason, I am struggling to understand their logic behind this process and even more so, how they justify calling this department Customer Service! Despite sending invoices through our website and email notifications, some were getting lost. The culprit? Outdated customer information in our system, causing a major mix-up. We knew we had to act fast. Missing invoices meant late payments and unhappy customers. Here’s what we did: 🔍 **𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐞:** - Found that outdated customer information was causing the invoices to be sent to incorrect addresses. 📞 **𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡:** - Contacted our customers to update their information to ensure accurate delivery. 📧 **𝐄𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦:** - Gave customers options on how they preferred to receive invoices, reducing email overload. Our efforts paid off.
