Interesting to see an early, positive shift in HCP attitudes toward pharma sales reps, doing more reach out rather than locking their doors. "Physicians want the sales rep to act as a single point of contact — analogous to a contractor role, to coordinate more service-oriented requests like patient support, cost and reimbursement, multi-specialist care and clinical trials."
