Nothing makes a leader more proud than having competent people around him!
Waking up daily to the unprecedented dynamics of the Nigerian economic and political system isn't easy for any founder, especially in the agritech space where these challenges are compounded by climate change, insurgencies, and global events.
Being surrounded by a team that helps navigate the complexities of daily unexpectedness is such a blessing. I remain incredibly proud of all the Marshalls at Afrimash—the invaluable advisors, resilient managers, and diligent team members.
In H1 of 2024, we also achieved remarkable milestones. From deploying productive use equipment to rural areas to forming strategic partnerships, the dedication of the Marshalls has been unwavering. A highlight is the ChickSmart Project, supported by Acumen, aimed at eliminating adulteration in the day-old chicks supply chain. This initiative has already shown great traction.
Personal stories of resilience, like when our Programmes team ingeniously generated demand for productive use equipment in off-network, off-Internet remote places, remind me daily of the incredible talent we have.
We finished H1 of 2024 with smiles on our faces and are geared up for the opportunities ahead in H2.
Nothing explains this better than the words of Ken Blanchard, which every Marshall echoes regularly: “No one of us is as smart as all of us.”
Afrimash Celebrates Success and Welcomes a Collaborative Second Half!👏🎉
Afrimash is all about teamwork and achieving outstanding results together. Our just concluded quarterly meeting was a shining example of this! Every department presented their progress, month by month, fostering transparency and a shared sense of accountability across the entire company. This dedication to constant improvement is what fuels our success.
We consider our marshals to be our most valuable asset. That's why we've built a collaborative and supportive work environment where everyone feels empowered to contribute their best. Open communication allows us to celebrate victories as a team, identify areas for growth, and continuously learn from each other.
A huge thank you to our dedicated marshals for their unwavering commitment to excellence!
Welcome to a fresh quarter, and a warm welcome to our esteemed farmers as well!
On a final note, the CEO Ahmed Ayoade Oyedotun extends his sincere appreciation for marshal's commitment throughout Q2. Incredibly excited to see the robust results and celebrations that await us in the latter half of the year.
Hail Marshal!!!🎉🎉
