I have a lot of #America on right now. Part of it is to record. The rest kind of just happened. Even with our issues, I'm still grateful and proud to live here. I'm not saying that we can't do better or that we are in need of some changes, but our capacity to improve and change I'd built in. The organizations we belong to are the same. They have built in mechanisms to make the organization capable of survival and thrival. <--- exercising my right to make up words. We have to be diligent in our organizations to allow voices to be heard, corrective or improvement actions to made, and to root out and expose personal agendas and corruption that take us off mission. We ourselves have personal issues, buy we have the capability to be better today than we were yesterday. We are part of the organizations that we belong to. We are citizens of thus country. As we improve ourselves, we make all that we belong to...better. Lead the way my #veterans friends. To me, this is true #Americanism. Plus, I honestly think we have the best looking flag. Today we are honoring those who have served our country. Thank you for your service! In honor of Native American History Month: Did you know that American Indian and Alaska Native (AIAN) Veterans have played a vital role in the US military for over 200 years? - AIAN Veterans comprised 88.7% men and 11.3% women. The proportion of Female AIAN Veterans was higher than that of Female Veterans of other races (11.3% vs. 9.0%, respectively). - The AIAN Veteran cohort served in the Pre-9/11 period of service at a higher percentage than Veterans of other races (17.7% vs. 14.0%, respectively). Today, on Veterans Day, we honor the brave men and women who have served our country. In the military, teamwork is more than just a buzzword. Teamwork that is essential to their success. It's a matter of life and death. Soldiers rely on each other to complete their missions, and they learn to work together quickly and efficiently, even under the most difficult conditions. Here are just a few of the ways that veterans demonstrate teamwork: 🔥They trust each other with their lives. In combat, soldiers know that they can count on their comrades to have their backs. This trust is built through shared experiences and rigorous training. 🔥They communicate effectively. In order to coordinate their actions and achieve their goals, soldiers must be able to communicate clearly and concisely. They also need to be able to listen and understand the needs of their teammates. 🔥They support each other. When one soldier struggles, the others step in to help. They know that everyone is stronger when they work together. Veterans bring these teamwork skills to the civilian world as well. They are often sought-after employees because they are able to build relationships, collaborate effectively, and solve problems as a team. So today, let's not only thank our veterans for their service, but also celebrate the teamwork that makes them so successful. #VeteransDay #Teamwork #ThankYouForYourService

Veterans are well-suited to work in many civilian job settings. But, I believe they excel environments with structure, teamwork and the opportunity to influence/lead others.
