What do you want to talk about? Well, it is about work. I have been with Spitfire Strategies for almost eight years and have worked with them since they started in 2002, when Kristen Grimm led a communication training at RWJF. Kristen has remained synonymous with Spitfire until the start of this month, when she moved into the role of Founder and Jen Carnig stepped in to lead. What does this even mean for me, the company, and the world? It is not a transition, but an evolution. It is not either or, but both and. And Spitfire grows and becomes the sum of the two, and in fact, all of us.
